Create Hybrid Genotypes

This creates hybrid genotypes from the pairs of taxa listed in the hybrid file (tab-delimited). Initially select the loaded genotype data set. Click menu Data -> Create Hybrid Genotypes. Select the file defining the pairs of taxa.
