Welcome to TASSEL 5. This section covers everything you need to begin, from installing the software to using the graphical User Manual and the command-line Pipelines. Choose a path below.
Install TASSEL¶
There are four ways to run or use TASSEL. Pick the one that fits your workflow.
Desktop Application
Install the TASSEL desktop application with a native installer for macOS, Windows, or Linux.
Standalone
Run TASSEL from the command line with the self-contained standalone distribution.
JVM Library
Add TASSEL to your own Java or Kotlin project as a dependency from Maven Central.
R Package (rTASSEL)
Run TASSEL 5 analyses from R with rTASSEL, a companion package for R-based workflows.
